Despite saying he could only work Monday, the saintly Nick had the bit between his teeth and went back for more, completing the removal of the kitchen cupboards.
In the evening, I went back to continue the wallpaper stripping using a steamer lent by a kindly work friend. Now how did I get to nearly 40 without using a stream stripper?
Stripping the walls of the lounge (while listening to England beat Poland to qualify for the World Cup...) revealed really good quality plaster. Good.
