Meanwhile Pawel's chaps have been busy in the garage, boarding the (back of the) front wall:

...and shifting the heating system's exhaust pipe...
Upstairs, Ella's bed is now spacecave white:
From outside, those lovely new rear windows look splendid, especially compared to the tired middle-floor rears.
But the removal of the back doors has left the rear of the property somewhat open to entry...
...so that, combined with the need to run a fan heater all night to dry out the plaster, means I'll be sleeping there for a few evenings. Night!
